This page describes the planned account-deletion process for Dead Earth: Last Stand. Account services and deletion procedures must be implemented and tested before this page is published.
01 / Request account deletion
The planned release will offer account deletion inside the game and an external request route.
The proposed external route is to email kindajadedgames@gmail.com with the subject “Delete my Dead Earth account”. Send the request from the address associated with your game account where possible.
This button opens your email app. It does not send a request or delete information automatically. Never send a password or sign-in code.
02 / Verify ownership
We plan to verify account ownership before acting on deletion requests. Before publication, specify the verification process and the information needed to locate the account.
03 / What deletion will cover
The intended scope includes your game’s Firebase Authentication account and associated Cloud Firestore progress, including campaign progress, upgrades, hero unlocks, and in-game balances.
Before publication, confirm the complete deletion scope and explain what happens to purchased unlocks, remaining currency, local copies, and any purchase-restoration options.
04 / Information that may remain
Some transaction, security, or legal records may require retention for specific purposes. Before publication, identify the actual retained categories, reasons, and retention periods or criteria, including backup handling.
Deleting your game account does not delete your Google account or automatically issue a Google Play refund. Google may separately retain information under its own policies.
05 / Timing and confirmation
Before publication, set a clear deletion-processing timeframe, explain any provider or backup delays, and describe how completion will be confirmed.
06 / Local game data
Uninstalling or clearing app storage may remove local progress, but does not itself delete a cloud account. Before publication, confirm the released game’s local storage, backup, and restore behavior.
